PVDM2-36DM card is inserted in PVDM3 slot on motherboard. I have configured loopback, modem country code, modem dialin , dialout, Default IP Pool, Group Async, dialer Interface, modem pooling. When I run Show diag cmd pvdm modem is shown, run show modem ver ver is displayed. But when i run show modem operational status it says modem 0/0 is not available. Even though 36 E1 lines are show up in sh interfaces. I have upgraded IOS to 12.4 (20)T Advsec k9.
When I dial from US robotics external modem on pri line handshaking does not initiated but when I run old mica card handshaking start. Please help me to run PVDM-36DM modem card.
