I ahve a 3700 with isdn bri card. I have 63 with the same config and they all work except this one site. My debugs which are shown below appear to me to be a telco issue. My telco tells me it is the hardware. I have repolaced the rj-45 to the jack- the bri card and moved the slot the card is in. still same message and the telco again tells me it is hardware. Can anyone help me by looking at the debug and the isdn status and let me know what they think. The debug is isdn q921 and isdn events. Thanks in advance.

No matter what has been said you have a layer 1 issue. Most likely it is a cabling problem. Do you require an external NT-1 unit to be between the carrier and the router? Do a show controller for the BRI card and see if it has a built in NT-1 or you need to supply one. Other then that and the cabling if it is still bad then you may have a faulty BRI card...

Thats absolutely right ... its clear that u r having a L1 issue which indicates that its a local cable problem. Check the voltage on the isdn pair, replace with a new NT box or else check the BRI card.
