ISP connectivity and vlan routing

Dears,

I need help regards to the config, 

from switch i am able to ping the ISP gateway, but not able to ping DNS.

from pc connected the switch in port 1 , not able to ping the ISP. pls check my config and recommend any changes to be done

You need to NAT the LAN/10.10.10.0 traffic. I don't think your switch is capable of NATing.
