Hi Sir, 

Please help to answer some questions below.

1. I'd like to get confirmation whether NIM-ES2-4 card can be installed later without powering off the ISR4321 router?

2. is it possible configure HSRP between 2 units of ISR4321 in active-standby mode to be LAN connected directly to F5 load balancer instead of switch? what is the best way to have active/passive setup to F5 load balancer or have to use switch in between?

1.  It looks like it can be.

2. As long as the two interfaces are in the same VLAN and can see each others multicast and unicast traffic it will work.
