the ISR 4331 supports MACsec MKA with the 2-port Gigabit Ethernet WAN Network Interface Module (NIM-2GE-CU-SFP). My question is, do I still need the Security (SL-4330-SEC-K9) and (FL-4330-HSEC-K9) and Performance (FL-4330-PERF-K9) licenses or is the MACsec RTU included with the purchase of the WAN module.
