Any one could guide me how to restore from this boot process

Someone has erased the contents of the bootflash.
The fastest way to get the router running is to load the IOS into a USB flash drive and force the router tr boot via USB.
If you have, say, a Samsung Bar 16 Gb (image below) then this brand (and size) is supported by the router.

I had 2/3 different IOS on bootflash but boot was configured with only new IOS . It was issue with bootflash, after plug out/in this bootflash asked for formatting and then by the help
xmodem and following this link , we restored IOS and had fun to do it.
