Hello fellows,

I am asking for a detailed answer of below question, yes as deep detail as you can help :)

1- what exactly AppX license for?

2-What is the difference between (ISR with AppX ) and (ISR-AX version) ?

3-To Run WAAS on ISR, which License i should get? is it AppX? is there other option?

4-To run WAAS on ISR, i must get (1-ISRWAAS software) , correct? if not correct, please define which S/W or license we should use?

5-Is it a must to use service container for WAAS at ISR? i mean, is the WAAS at ISR use the concept of service containers, or there is another method to use WAAS at ISR?

6-What License and S/W required to use ISR service containers?

please answer any question you have a definitive answer

please help me by answering in the same numbering schema,

thank you so much for helping.

1. AppX enabled lots and lots of functions.  You would need to use the Cisco feature navigator to get an exhaustive list.  I would need the exact model of router you are using to get that answer.

2. AX includes AppX.  Pragmatically, they are the same thing.  You buy AX to get AppX.

3. AX

4. AX includes a WAAS licence for that device.

5. You can run WAAS Express in the router itself, or full WAAS on a module.  Full WAAS has a lot more functionality.

6. This is model dependent.  Probably best to ask a Cisco partner to quote up a solution for you.
