ISR4451 Nim problem

hello,

i have a router ISR 4451 i insered on it a NIM Modules 

the module is insereded and detected from the router but the lamp not green and under show inventory i don't see the min serial number also in show platform i see the status of this slot "rebooting"

anybody have a solution please

Post the complete output to the command "sh version". What NIM are you using?

Are you using the NIM-2CE1T1 for data or voice application?
If this is for voice then the license is incorrect. For voice application it is required to have "UC Technology Package".

is the first utilisation for this isr and the Nim

the router don't have any configuration now

in this moment i need to show the nim functionnely in sh inventory that is all

i have four other isr 4451 with this modules and is work fine with same software version and license

Ok, so the NIM is used for Data traffic.
Try to put configuration (and enable the ports) and additional LED should light up.

but when i insered the nim i don't show the ports in sh ip int brief

Console into the router and reboot the router.
