Hi ,
I'm looking for help on the following issue, i'm CCNA certified since few month, and i have an issue on ISR4451-k9-RF, it seems that my customer is facing issue with IOS IP base, On product hasn't the same type of IOS, see attached screenshots
Router with Issue has an IOS Current IPBASE Type None Next Reboot IPBASE

Hello @David.F,
a common reason for this behavior can be that the license boot level is not configured on this device which is required on these platforms. This can be done as follows:
configure terminal
license boot level ipbasek9
exit
write memory
reload
The check again the license status after reboot.
If your customer purchased a different license level, then you can set it accordingly, of course.
HTH!

Hi ,
i've been busy on other topic, so after several unsucessfull tries, update the IOS and even after a factory reset, IOS IP base wasn't available : it was a RF product without any smartnet ( always take a smartnet on RF product if aavailable) , it seems the IP BASE was locked , and to unlocked it, you need to activate the IP Base license via a smart account, the end customer has been able to process like that, thank you for your help

Roll back the firmware to 16.9.X (and earlier).
