ISR4451-X WAAS EZconfig setup fail

Dear all experts,

when I try to deploy the WAAS services on ISR4451-x router via EZconfig, has below fail log

Choose one of the letter from 'a-d' to edit, 'v' to view config script, 's' to apply config [s]:
The configuration will be applied and the status of the WAAS service will be displayed after deployment

Installing bootflash:/ISR-WAAS-5.5.5.16.ova

installing!!!!
installation failure decision to exit

May 27 06:00:49.494: %VMAN-3-INVALID_PACKAGE:vman: Virtual Service[AUTOWAAS]::Invalid package::Failed to verify virtual service package-def file::Failed to unpack the OVA; Out of None on /vol/harddisk/virtual-instance/AUTOWAAS (19134MB avail, 0MB quota remaining)

If someone know the reason for it ?

I am getting the same error even when not going through the EZConfig, seems to be little to no documentation on this

We resolve the error by rebooting the ISR after installing the SSD, once that was complete the harddisk: showed up under "show virtual-service" and we were able to install;

Hi Mbehrle, That is right, the issue is resolved after re-deploy the harddisk by below :

request platform hardware filesystem harddisk: destroy

hw-module subslot 0/1 reload

 

Check if the harddisk is there:

 

dir harddisk:

and reload it.

Just reloading the harddisk itself did not resolve the problem for us, it required a full reboot of the ISR.

I have same issue with a 4331. I bougth at 200GB SSD Drive but it appears to be only 20GB ..is this correct? It's the same output as above.

I can't enable the WAAS service either:
