issue with cisco 4510 switch

Hi Friends,

My switch is showing me primary SUP as disabled

Here is the output of show module all

Hi Sumit,

The reason for this is your chaissis is not detecting the SUP.

Was there any changes made before this issue occured.

Check if the primary is in rommon ,try to reload the primary.

you are right, the sup is in rommon mode,

1 question, if i will use console cable and insert "reload" command, that is going to reboot the entire switch... and we cannot afford to take a risk as our entire management is connected to the same switch...we cannot afford a downtime of even seconds....please advise
