Dear Terence,
Connectivity:
**
1. ISP link was connected to Router.
2. Router Switch link is connected to a switch.
3. switch was connected with many devices link polycom VC Device, wireless
Access point and some other room automation devices was also connected.
Result:
Therefore internet was working fine for the users connecting with wireless
and wired.
But VC call was not connecting for the remote site.
Test Cases:
**
If I bypass our Cisco 1941 router and connecting directlly the ISP link to
the polycom device. Then the call is connecting to teh remote site.
Please ask me if youy need more information

do you have any FW , ACL or any packet filtering in the path ?
because h323 is only the signaling and once the signaling done the VC end points need to send and receive dynamically negotiated UP ports for the RTP media traffic and if you have any filtering without inspection to allow this the VC traffic wont pass through
hope this help

Dear Marwanshawi,
A basic NAT was configured, apart from this nothing was configured.
No Firewall.
One ACL - configured to allow any traffic (NAT).
NO Packet Filtering.
