Hi what  kind of Multicast setup is useful for for a server at HQ needs to send  finance information  his clients on the same HQ and on another branches

To Route (between Layer 3 links) any type of Multicast traffic across the network, the PIM protocol is used (commonly in Sparse-Mode as its operation is more efficient).

There is usually no extra configuration needed when the Multicast traffic should only flow inside a single Broadcast domain.
