Hello.
I am running into an issue with setting up a l2tpv3 tunnel between 2821 router 15.1(4)M9 and 3725 router 12.4(15)T7. The topology is straightforward. They are on the same LAN and the local interface used in pseudowire-class is just the lan interface itself. There's no authentication and every parameter is by it's default.
The tunnel remains down status:
R1#sh xc a
Legend: XC ST=Xconnect State, S1=Segment1 State, S2=Segment2 State
UP=Up, DN=Down, AD=Admin Down, IA=Inactive, NH=No Hardware
XC ST Segment 1 S1 Segment 2 S2
------+---------------------------------+--+---------------------------------+--
DN ac Fa0/1(Ethernet) UP l2tp 10.0.1.0:60 DN
and "show vpdn tunnel all" reveals that on one end (3700) side,
":Tunnel state is established"
and yet on 2800 side,
"Tunnel state is Wt-SCCCN"
Checked configuration so many times and there's really nothing else to check because it was the simplest way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Hey CSCO10936521 , what was the workaround.
Having same issues here establishing an xc between 1811 (124-15.T1) and a 1921 (152-2.T1)
Thanks,
