L2TPv3 doesn't come up between ios15.2 M and ios12.4

I have the  problem while forming L2TP tunnel between ciso 1941 running 15.2M and cisco 3845 running 12.4.

But when i replaced 1941 with cisco 2800 with ios 12.4, l2tp was up with the same configuration.

Could somebody tell that are these two versions incompatible to form L2TPv3 tunnel??

Hello,

It is hard to tell without seeing your configurations and possibly debug messages what could have gone wrong. It is possible that some default settings have changed between IOS versions.

Would you mind posting the configuration of the 3845 and the 1941 running the 15.x IOS, and also include the output of the debug l2tp event on the 1941 as it unsuccessfully tries to set up the L2TP tunnel?

These aren't the right logs, will post logs again. At this momen IPSEC wasn't up

Configuration though are good.
