Your attached image shows a gig interface, running at gig, with a fiber connection?!

Yes Joseph, it is on Fiber at their ISP end.

it is on Fiber at their ISP end.
Something is not making any sense.
If the ISP-side is fibre optic then how is this being terminated to the router? Your thread is showing the router has a 100 Mbps copper line?
Is there something you're not telling us?

I'm wondering whether provider has some kind of media translation device between CE and PE. If so, it's that device that you need to know/match its copper port settings.

I am sure the OP knows but neglected to share this information. I don't mind helping people but would also appreciate if all information is furnished to us as a token of appreciation.

Dear Leo and Joseph,
Thanks for always sharing your great experience and suggestion here to me and all...
There is definitely a media translation device between CE and PE.
There was wrong input provided by ISP, they earlier had auto-auto their end and after changing them to FD/100M we are not seeing Late Collision and Output errors on the interface. We have kept it auto-auto at our end.
Thanks for your support!
