layer 2 streched with fabric path and layer 3 is connected via hsrp active/active

Hello

we have two sites (primary / secondary) connected via dark fiber(redundant physical links) and layer  2 stretched  via fabric path.  Also we have one router at each site(MPLS) connected via hsrp(Active/Active).  Idea is to failover from DR standpoint automatically.  question if we ever loose layer 2 between two sites.  how  will the traffic flow from other mpls sites since the layer 2 stretched?

As long  as you resilient connection in port-channel with different routes you should be good. ( you need to design best practice considering some failure scenarious).

If both link fails it will be split brain situation.
