License install!!! error _ㅠㅠ plz help

Hello all.

I bought license (PAK) and registered PAK through cisco.com/go/license

 I registered UID to CISCO2921 ,,,, but,,, its UDI name is CISCO2921/K9

Ha....

How can I deal with it? 

Should I buy another one again?

Could you give me device?

No big issue.  Send an email to license@cisco.com.  Give them the details of the OLD PAK and the UDI, Serial Number and your CCO login. 

Should be sorted in an hour.

Afterwards I got another license !!
