License status on Cisco ISR router

Hi, we have cisco 4431 router, but not sure need to purchase security license or not as we want to setup ipsec vpn on this router. 

Below is the output of the command "show license all". Is it indicating the security license is active and no need to buy any license ? 

anyone please advise, thanks in advance!

      - Should  be sufficient ( securityk9), as per https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/sw_activation/SA_on_ISR.html
         Use the command Router(config)#license accept end user agreement
         too.

Thanks @marce1000 for your advice. the existing license is evaluation license, right? for permanent use, we still need to buy a securek9 license, right ?

Please specify what exacly are you trying to achive. But seck9 will probably be enough.

Setting VPN is seck9 License is good enough for - which you already did evaluation right to use. - by default only get 500 Mbps aggregated throughput.

For Permanent you need to buy a License to to retain the License.

if you looking more throughput you need to buy throughput License.

Note : IOS XE 16.9.X onwards smart License so you need to use smart License to active the License.
