I have two ISP and I want to know what configuration to make load balance between them on cisco router

From your ISP, you receive default route ? Full internet table ? You have your own public space addresses ?

Static or dynamic LB? To the Internet?
For static LB, sometimes it can be as simple as using two default route statements, one directing to each ISP.
It's also may be possible to take BGP routes from your ISPs, and LB if same AS destination has same cost via both ISPs.
For dynamic LB. something like Cisco's PfR technology can do about the best LB possible.
