Hi,
On CCO do a search for "load balancing". The first result will point to a document with the title "How Does Load Balancing Work?", with Document ID 5212.
This will answer your question.

Hi,
We can do it in 2 way.
1. If you are running routing protocols like IGRP or EIGRP, they both support unequal cost path load balacning and they will do the load balancing across the link.
2. You can use multi-link PPP to do the load balancing for you. please refer the link below.
