Load Balancing on Multiple Service Providers (internet)

im having 2 routers connected to 2 different isp's for internet access .the two routers are connected in GLBP fashion so as to provide load sharing .

what i need to know that what is the default functioning of the routes....

will it be load balancing on real time basis ...

any help is appreciated....

i thinks its depends on your configuration... if you configure your network such that for load balancing then only it will have loadbalancing... and talking about normal configuration means you can have static routes to exit your network and also the configuration of the default gateway on your host... and as per the default gate way your host will select the appropriate router to communicate with the internet... so i think you have to go for GLBP or HSRP with the loadbalancing...
