Hi all...
I want to configure load balancing with two link.When Rel bandwidth cross 80% my upcoming traffic will automatically divert to tata link.

It's not possible to do that with a router. You can have a statistical equal load balncing, that's all.

I haven't fully studied your attachment, but OER/PfR technology, if supported on your platform, might be able to satisfy requirement.
