what is the difference between load sharing and load balance in terms of Cisco router speaking a protocol language

Hi,

load balancing: are you gonna use multiple paths to forward packets to same destination network

load sharing: what is the ratio of the load balancing, for equal cost this is 1:1 and for EIGRP unequal cost it is the ratio of the metrics.

different documents/books are using both terms for the same: multiple paths to the destination used at the same time.
