query--> if four routers are interconnected thru ethernet....then is it true ki ARP mechanism working here in this scenaario to find the MAC address of next hop router inorder to forward the data?

Hi,

That is correct. The routers will have routing tables with next-hop addresses. If the next-hop address is on an ethernet segment, the router will issue an ARP request to determine the MAC address of the next-hop router.
