Merge two STM bandwidths on a router

Hi,

I have one CISCO 7606 router and two bandwidths, one is STM-6 and one is STM-2, are terminated on it. Is it possible to merge these two bandwidths into one and again split them in 2 STM-4 bandwidths on router ? Please suggest.

"Cisco PfR" could be the best way to merge both.
