Metro E P2P routing

I have a point to point Metro E connection that I am in control of.  I need to be able to route 3 separate vlans over this link but somehow keeping them logically separate. I was thinking vrfs should do. One side is a stack of 2960XR's and the other is a 4500-x. That being said normally I would do subinterfaces but these platforms will not support this. I dont want layer 2 broadcasts going over this link so how would someone recommend doing this? Just route over SVIs?

Well 2960XR's don't support vrfs so there goes that idea. Routed layer 3 interface is the winner. Cant really separate them over the single Point to Point link without vrfs.
