MGX 8850 error

I've got a problem with my MGX 8850 PXM card it keeps reloading givivng the follwoing error:

The problem might be due to the card PXM1-4-155 in MGX, So to the best of my knowledge you can try to replace the card and check it out. It should be resolved.
