Is the 2851 router meet these requirments ? if no.

What is the must specific series of the routers suitable for this requirments:

Ahmed, questions on these forums are answered voluntarily.  What you're requesting is the kind of information that might be found in a response to a RFP.  It's doubtful anyone will spend hours of research that might be needed to answer all your questions.  Much of the information you're asking can be found on production datasheets and/or related Q and A sheets.  You might start here: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps5854/index.html

If you have specific questions, such as perhaps explaining some feature, that's likely to be answered.

Also, BTW, believe the 2800 series is EOL so if you're looking to acquire a new ISR, might want to look at the "replacement" 2900 series.
