Migrate MACsec to IPsec for ISR4451-X/K9 series router

We have successfully migrate MACsec to IPsec for ISR4451-X/K9 series router, but we are facing bandwidth choke-up issue.

Could you please help me what need to be fix for overcome this bandwidth issue.

Hello,

what exactly are you running into ? Make sure you are not dealing with a licensing issue on the 4451 (sh lic), for that platform, without the HSECK9 license, you get only85 Mbps of crypto bandwidth.

If possible, post the full running configuration...
