Mobile IP Home Agent Redundancy

Not sure if this is the right forum... Does anyone have any experience with Mobile IP? I am trying to set up HA redundancy on HAs that are configured for local pools with authentication to ACS/radius and Active Directory. Mobile IP authentication works until I enable HA redundancy. Is this possible? Any insight would be appreciated.

I think its problem with security associations.
