Hi all
can anyone tell me, with mpls networks, we have our ce's thats connect to pe's
my question is, do all pe routers in the isp's network peer with each other?

Yes, the PE can be (if the ISP allows that) in communication with all the PE routers, the ISP create a network over the "P" routers using OSPF or IS-IS (like normal network but configuring LDP protocol), so the PE use MP-BGP to create VPN between each other and the protocol LDP is used to exchange the data. I could not say yes, because I don't know the ISP's infrastructures but they could have something like that. Remember the data is totally isolated by VRFs so the packets are not exchanged.
