Multi cast routing

Hello all,

I need help troubleshooting a multicast config, I am new to this network and I don't know much about multicast routing. I was told that multicast worked before VLANs were introduced. IP multicast is enabled on the core switch (cisco C9500-24Y4C). I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot if I provide config and show commands. The usage is for IP phones/intercom features and IP speakers. Here's the config and output of some relevant show commands that I found. If someone could help me solve this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi @harris.chelsea6012 ,

You seem to have multiple L3 devices in your network and it looks like you don't configure the RP address. Can you provide a high level diagram of the network that needs to support multicast.

Hi @Harold Ritter

Here's a diagram of the network. I just started this job so this is what I have so far. Thanks for your help with this.
