Assuming an SPT switchover and assuming you have not setup equal cost path multicast then R3 will choose the PIM neighbor with the highest IP address.
It is not possible to tell from your diagram which one that is.

The highest IP address of a PIM neighbor from R3's perspective is R4 not the RP so I would expect the SPT to be R3 -> R4 -> R2.
