MyACL (access-list) is not working

I need someone to look over this and help me, please.

I have setup an ACL named "MyACL" (please see attached).

None of those entries seem to be working.  I can still access all those address'.  So I've got something wrong... please advise.

Hi Paul,

Without seeing the full ASA config it is hard to tell, but have you actually applied that ACL to an interface via the access-group command?
