Attached is the topology,
3560E at distribution layer (Layer VLANs- Existing connection)
N5k at access layer (new connection),
We have a problem of network loop and packet loss.
Log from 3560E switch 1:
May 16 07:58:13.668: %SW_MATM-4-MACFLAP_NOTIF: Host 0000.c9db.1f5a in vlan 26 is flapping between port Po1 and port Po41

Any suggestion is highly appreciated ?

Yes, the VPC number should be unique per 3560 switch. This is because in your setup the 3560 switches are not part of a stack and are separate.

the vlan consistency issue is fixed now..however we continue to see the MAC flappings on 3560 E

the stp works fine

One question:
Should I have a different vPC instead of having one VPC 41 clubbing all the uplinks from Nexus 5k to 350E ??

Thanks...I believe this is a reason I am seeing a bridging loop...
