Hi, My site in India has 10.x.x.x/8 network having outside IP 210.210.210.x. My UK office has 10.x.x.x/8 and Outside IP 65.65.65.x. Please suggest how can I configure NAT in Overlap Network so that UK and India internal client can communicate....

Since the outside addresses are different on both routers, unless I am missing something, I do not believe you will have an overlapping problem. The pool or overload should not conflict, you will just need an outside interface source list as well
