Hello!
I am trying to make roadmap to migrate our network from claccic PAT (ip nat inside/outside) to nvi (ip nat enable) on some routers, and can't test my solutions in CPT: there is no way to point "ip nat enable" on interface on routers (incl. my network routers 2901).
Is there any way to test NAT NVI in virtual environment?

You can try using Cisco Modeling Labs or VIRL (Virtual Internet Routing Labs) (subscription based simulation software) to test the features. Alternatively you can use GNS3 (Free tool) with the IOS Version of your choice.
Hope this helps.
