NAT Pools with Failover ISP

I would like to setup a fail-over interface to cable from my primary connection on the 1941 router.

I am unclear how to accomplish the NAT changes when it fails over. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Setup: Using a 1941 router, with 2 Gig interfaces and an HWIC card giving 4 additional interfaces.

G0/1: LAN Connection – 172.17.100.1/24

G0/2: Internet – 1.1.1.1/29

Fa0/0/1: (Cable internet failover) 2.2.2.1/29

LAN has 3 Vlans behind this router:

VLAN1: 172.17.100.0/24

VLAN2: 172.17.101.0/24

VLAN3: 172.17.102.0/24

NAT Rules Currently:

VLAN1 – NATs to 1.1.1.2

VLAN2 – NATs to 1.1.1.3

VLAN3 – NATs to 1.1.1.4

My issue: - NAT when it fails over to cable

Im using a route-map for NAT to internet (attached). Is it possible to NAT each VLAN to a different pool address on the failover interface as well in the event of an outage on the primary?

VLAN1 – NATs to 2.2.2.2

VLAN2 – NATs to 2.2.2.3

VLAN3 – NATs to 2.2.2.4
