Natting a Single Inside Source IP to Muiltple Outside Source IP with the same Outside Destination IP

Hi,

I need to implement multiple connection to the same IP address but each connection must have different IP Address.

How do I achieve these connections on the firewall?

Can NAT be implemented on Port addresses?

Please, this is very urgent and will appreciate response from techs who have done this and it worked on live connections and not suggests on trial.
