I have BT buisness broadband at 910Mbps. I need to replace my 897VA router with one that can handle the new speeds. Been looking at the specs for the 900 series but looks like this wont handle the spoeeds, Also been looking at the C1117-4P looks like this can handle up to 1.3Gb am i correct in this thinking please

I just acquired a C1111-4P device, and with just the base and security licenses it easily handles ~940mbps of NAT. Of course the 1117 would be slightly higher end.

Many thanks, what if i was to replace it with a 1010 Firepower firewall, woulf this also be able to handle the throughput with NAT?

Not sure, I haven't used that one. I would like to add an update: yesterday I enabled the Zone-Based firewall feature of the C111-4P. Doing this slightly reduced the throughput of the device. At the moment it is doing about 830-850 Mbps of NAT/IPv6 transfer from WAN/LAN. It is still sufficient for my use case but I did want to point it out.

Yes, the Firepower 1010 can handle this if you run the ASA image on the device.
