1. Make end to end connectivity first. 2. Block the network for these site 1)Make sure that Site 4 will not advertise any network to Site 5 which it receiving from Site3 routers. 2) On site 5 , when we check routing table of R2 router, it don't have network of Site3 routers. ping 147.147.21.1 should be deny and ping 147.147.21.37 should be reachable.

are you try to config MPLS ? MP-BGP MPLS solve all issue you face
it give you reachability
it give you that BACKBONE is not accessible from any Site only traffic between Site is allow.

You need to redistribute route on R3 and R4.
And use route map to control the advertisement.

Hello
Site 3 and 5 have a discontiguous ospf area 0 domains so you to provide end to end connectivity you need to :
1 -R3 Mutually redistribute ospf/eigrp
2- R4 Redistribute ospf into eigrp but only advertise a default route into ospf area 0
The above should provide ene-end connectively between all sites but negate the advertisement of all external routes from sites 2/3/4 into site 5 (rtrs 5 & 2)

how to do that and on what router

Hello,
the command is:
router ospf x
default-information originate always
What router you need to configure this on depends on where you want the traffic to exit...
