New Software cat4500-ipbasek9-mz.150-2.SG3.bin for Catalyst 4500

Can anyone tell me what´s the differende between 15.0(2)SG2 and 15.0(2)SG3 for Cat 4500. it´s brandnew but release notes doesn´t really show big differences (only one caveat solved).

Not much chabged indeed. Though other than this ceveat fixed there are some additional commands added and some behaviour changed. E.G.

diagnostic fpga soft-error recover aggressive

I just did some more search.

This rebuild was posted due to a Sup7E ceveat fix.  K2/K5 images are nearly identical to 15.0(2)SG2.

Features wise: No difference in these two images

And the Filename you've mentioned is only compatible with Superviser modules till SUP-V. It's not valid for SUP-6 & SUP7

Check Feature Navigator tool, I used this for comparing these two images for any feature difference:
