Nexus 5000 is not showing Layer 3 daughter card

Hi all,

                  

I have Nexus 5000 and I have upgraded NX-OS from 5.0 to 5.1 but after upgrade the switch is not showing Layer 3 daughter card (N55-D160L3).

Please guide me how it can be fixed.

same issue going from 5.1 to 6.0 .....looking to see if I can downgrade to see if that will bring it back.
