NM-HDV-2 Crash

I have a 2621 router that has a NM-HDV-2 module in it. Every couple of hours, the below message comes across the terminal and all routing stops on the router. I have to reset the router to get anything to happen. Of course, if I leave the module unplugged, the router performs flawlessly. Is it a bad module or something I don't have configured correctly? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I would try upgrading the IOS to the latest that your memory capacity DRAM/FLASH can support

Reboot and monitor

If the failure still exists try swapping the card if you can

This is the current IOS I am running. Any known issues with that card and this IOS? I am going to see if I can get a higher version. I got this router from Ebay and obviously don't have a support contract for it.
