I get no response from the console port using putty. I've verified cable and settings by connecting to another working CGR 2010. It works fine. The only light on the CGR is the power light. The unit has two compact flashes in the front. One is labeled Cisco, 256MB Part # 16-3755-01, the other is labeled Cisco, 256MB-I Part # 16-3755-01. I've rebooted the system and reseated both flash cards. No change. It acts as if there is no OS.
Question 1: Does the OS reside in the compact flash (there are two)? If so, which one?
Question 2: If the OS does reside in the Compact Flash, can I get a replacement?
Question 3: If that is not the problem, can you point me in another direction?
