Hello,

The debug logs show traffic going to Dialer15 however the config you've pasted is for Dialer10. Is the traffic being routed to the wrong dialer interface? If not please upload new debug of the correct traffic.

Regards

SOrry..the router config is correct.

Is Dialer 15.

Hello Cindy,

you have configured ppp authentication chap.

you need to configure it on both the dialer and the physical interface

to see possible PPP problems use

debug ppp negotiation

debug ppp authentication

you need also a username remote-hostname password passw

the password must be the same on both sides

Hope to help
