NTP clock synchronization

I have a peculiar issue in my network with regards to NTP.  the setup is that we have 6 sites that are connected through a WAN provided by an ISP.  The sites run GET VPN for encryption.  The NTP servers are PCs/servers that are located at one of the sites.

The issue is that most of my routers and switches receive the correct time from the master NTP server while a select few recieve the wrong time.  Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Here is an example of a site that recieves the correct time:

HQ#show ntp ass

hi,

try to check your clock timezone command if configured on devices with wrong time.

i've noticed HQ has CET while site6 is in UTC.

The timezone's seems different. Have to verified the timezone configuration on the routers?

Thanks
