Hi All,
I know this might have been handled somewhere else, but nonetheless, I need some help.
Got a small WAN with 5 sites built like this:
Site A and Site B are hubs, serviced by two different telcos. Each site has a connection to Site A over telco 1 and to Site B over telco 2. Site A and Site B also have two links to each other, over telco 1 and telco 2.
Now, I want to put OSPF into this network. My problem is setting up the areas. Is multi-area OSPF OK, and how would I set up the different areas?
Kind regards and many thanks,
Bernard

Bernard,
In a network this size, a single area will definitly suffice. Mutli area OSPF is mostly for scaling thousands of routers and links. However I do use multi area OSPF for default route distribution tricks with my ASA/PIX devices.
HTH pls rate!
