my line is E1 and use CBWFQ. I know output drops are caused by a congested interface. in fact, sometimes I found that the line don't congested but output drops increase so fast. I am sure short burst is not exceed 500kbps, so why the output drops?
Outdrops occuring on a interface may also be due to various other reasons. It may be due to physical layer problems. Are you seeing the error counters increasing with the "sh interface " command. If so you will have to get the link checked for reliability.
